A unique, beautiful thing in my town is the flood wall.
Specifically, the murals painted on them. There are four to five murals and
each one is extremely detailed and has to do with history. For example, one is
of Maysville a long time ago when it was still growing while another was one of
Native Americans hunting herds of buffalo. Each one tells a story and for a
moment you can imagine yourself there just from the great details. Even though I
don’t know all the scientific or historic knowledge behind these murals doesn't
mean I can’t appreciate them anymore than if I did.
